1. Processing Time

Orders placed before 6pm EST ship the next business day.

Orders placed after 6pm EST ship on the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is shipped.


2. Shipping Rates

United States

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all U.S. orders.
  • Expedited Shipping (UPS Ground) is available at checkout for an additional carrier-calculated fee.

International

International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package weight, and the carrier chosen (DHL Express or USPS International).


3. Delivery Times

United States

  • Free Standard Shipping: Typically 5–8 business days
  • UPS Ground (Expedited): Typically 2–5 business days

International

Delivery times vary by destination:

  • DHL Express: Generally 3–7 business days
  • USPS International Services: Typically 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing.


4. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.


5. International Duties & Taxes (IMPORTANT)

For all international orders:

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included in your order total.
  • These charges are determined by your country's customs agency and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

ZANKIRA does not collect or prepay any international taxes or duties.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at info@zankira.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).

We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.


7. Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Once processing begins, we cannot modify the address or reroute packages.
